shared starting designs with

one acts very up close and personal about it, while
the other seems more relaxed and hermetic about the idea.
more hands and faces or less hands and faces.
I guess this is the crux of the management issue:
on the one hand you can’t get good help these days
and on the other - nothing will get done if you don’t begin to cooperate.
