    or being read…

what’s the line: “the inectable modality…sea wrack, see foam… all signs to be read…”
I can’t remember…I just know that he sees a dead dog floating in the Liffey…

and when I was sixteen I tried Indian food for the first time in Greenwich Village at a place called “Taste of India” and if you can believe it, there once was a time when NYC only had two Indian restaurants.

As I ate this food of miraculous flavor I said to my parents (both my brothers were at school…so it was that strange time for a youngest child, when he as both parents at last to himself…), “I need a Paris fix. We should go to Europe.”

The next day the phone rang with an offer to trade houses with the minister of the American Cathedral on the Avenue George Cinq. We spent a month in the Cathdral rectory listening to a Yale doctoral candidate play Bach on the Organ every morning like a gorgeous alarm clock.

At some point I saw a dog floating in the Seine and I saw a punk rock kid in read leathers with a mohawk by the founatain at St. Germain on the left bank. I started seeing him everywhere in Paris for that month. He became a character named Niz whose friend was named Phil. They were characters in my first novel: “Heroes.” They live on in Arc and omEGG…Alas the dog is still dead.

Anyway, I just sent my mom and Hooker off to Spain. More in the blog

It was lots of fun at IT IN SPACE! Good when Dadi came and great to have you running a gallery. And I’m glad you still are running your gallery.

I really like your walking the line animation.
